Equipment

  • Non-stick skillet
  • Two forks or stand mixer

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 8-10 inch flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded chicken (rotisserie, grilled, or canned)
  • 0.5 cup ranch dressing (buttermilk or avocado variety)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or Monterey Jack)
  • 0.5 cup cooked and crumbled beef bacon or turkey bacon
  • 1 large tomato, diced
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken by shredding it into bite-sized pieces using two forks or a stand mixer.
  • Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean work surface.
  • Spread a layer of ranch dressing across the center of each tortilla.
  • Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, shredded cheese, beef or turkey bacon, diced tomatoes, avocado slices, and black beans over the dressing.
  • Fold the left and right sides of the tortilla inward toward the center, then roll tightly from the bottom up to create a burrito-style wrap.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the wrap seam-side down in the pan.
  • Sear for 1-2 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese inside has melted.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
