Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups fresh orange juice about 3 oranges
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 ½ to 3 cups ice

Metric:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 120 g plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 360 ml fresh orange juice
  • 60 ml honey
  • 300 to 360 g ice

Instructions

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh.
  • Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  • Add the avocado, banana, yogurt, orange juice, honey, and ice to your blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
