Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 cup Powdered non-dairy creamer
  • 1 cup Granulated white sugar or a mix of white and brown
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened instant tea powder
  • 2 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Allspice
  • Pinch of white or black pepper optional for heat

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the milk powder, non-dairy creamer, sugar, instant tea, and all spices (ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, and pepper).
  • Transfer the mixture to a food processor or blender to ensure a fine texture.
  • Pulse until the mixture is a fine, uniform powder. This step ensures the spices are evenly distributed and prevents separation.
  • Pour the mix into airtight containers, such as Mason jars, and seal tightly. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
  • To serve, stir 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mix into 8 ounces of hot water or hot milk until fully dissolved.
