  • 4 large flour tortillas 10-inch, or gluten-free
  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced or shredded, seasoned with 1 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ cup creamy garlic sauce mix ¼ cup mayo + 2 minced garlic cloves + 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes until golden.

Make the Sauce:

  • Combine mayo, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble Wraps:

  • Lay tortillas flat. Layer chicken, cheeses, and a drizzle of garlic sauce in the center.
  • Fold sides inward, roll tightly, and press seam to seal.

Crisp the Wraps:

  • Heat skillet over medium. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.

Serve:

  • Slice diagonally, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
