2lbsrusset or red potatoeswashed and diced into 1-inch cubes
11 oz packet dry ranch seasoning mix
110.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
1/2cupsour cream
1/4cupmilk
2cupsshredded cheddar cheesedivided
2tablespoonsbuttermelted
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonblack pepper

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
