Ingredients

  • 2 large Naan breads or store-bought flatbreads
  • 1/2 cup pre-made Alfredo sauce jarred recommended for speed
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken rotisserie or grilled
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese divided
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil for garnish
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a light spray of cooking oil.
  • Place the flatbreads or Naan crusts onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of the Alfredo sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Layer 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese over both pizzas, reserving 1/2 cup for the final topping.
  • Distribute the cooked chicken and crumbled bacon evenly across the sauced flatbreads.
  • Top with the chopped fresh tomatoes and the reserved 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, followed by the grated Parmesan cheese and a light sprinkle of Italian seasoning, if using.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the edges of the flatbread are lightly golden. (For extra crispness, broil on high for the last 60 seconds, watching carefully to prevent burning.)
  • Remove the flatbreads from the oven. Garnish immediately with fresh chopped basil before slicing and serving. Serve warm.
