  • Cookie cutter
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Ingredients

Cheeses

  • 1 (8 oz) wheel Brie cheese
  • 4 oz Cranberry Cinnamon Goat Cheese
  • 3 oz Aged White Cheddar
  • 3 oz Gouda

Meats

  • 3 oz Beef Salami
  • 3 oz Turkey Ham
  • 3 oz Beef Pepperoni

Produce

  • 1/2 cup red grapes
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/4 cup green olives

Spreads & Nuts

  • 1/4 cup candied walnuts
  • 1/4 cup everything-seasoned cashews
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fig marmalade
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing the ingredients: slice the beef salami, turkey ham, and beef pepperoni into thin rounds.
  • Cut the Brie cheese into a wheel and use a cookie cutter to remove the center, filling the void with cranberry sauce or pomegranate seeds.
  • Arrange the ingredients on a large platter or board in a circular pattern, starting with a layer of rosemary or arugula as the base.
  • Add the sliced meats, cheeses, and fruits to the board, leaving space between each item for a visually appealing arrangement.
  • Sprinkle the candied walnuts, everything-seasoned cashews, and dried cranberries throughout the board.
  • Drizzle the honey, cranberry sauce, and fig marmalade over the ingredients in a decorative pattern.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and serve at room temperature, allowing the cheeses to reach optimal flavor.
  • Remove the board from the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving to ensure the cheeses are at room temperature.
