Step-by-Step Directions Heat the water. Bring 1 cup (240 ml) to a gentle boil, then remove from heat.
Steep the teas. Place the green tea bag and chamomile tea bag (plus dried flowers if using) in a heat-safe mug or jar.
Pour & infuse. Add the hot water. Cover and let steep 5 minutes.
Remove solids. Lift out tea bags or strain away loose chamomile.
Brighten. Squeeze in juice from half a lemon. Stir.
Spice it up. Grate ginger and turmeric straight into the liquid. (Avoid skin contact with fabric; turmeric stains.)
Sweeten lightly. Whisk in honey until dissolved. Taste and adjust.
Second rest. Let the mixture sit another 5 minutes so spices mingle.
Chill. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour & swirl. Strain (to remove pulp) or pour as-is over ice. Swirl to chill evenly.
