Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 block 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions sliced
  • Buns tortillas, or lettuce wraps (for serving)

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in a 5–6 qt Crockpot.
  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the top.
  • Add cream cheese block directly on top.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours.
  • Shred the chicken in the pot and stir to mix with cream cheese.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  • Serve hot on buns, tortillas, or over veggies.
