Ingredients

Crescent Rolls

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Filling

  • 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage patties
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles on a baking sheet.
  • In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon or sausage until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, scramble the eggs until just set. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place a portion of scrambled eggs, a slice of cooked bacon or sausage, and half a slice of cheddar cheese on each crescent roll triangle. Roll up the dough, enclosing the filling.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown. Serve warm.
