Main Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, removing any damaged or discolored leaves.
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are evenly coated.
Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and caramelized, stirring occasionally.
Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and sprinkle with minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese.
Return the Brussels sprouts to the oven and roast for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
