Fruits

  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 orange
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup peaches
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup yogurt optional
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
