Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
Unroll the dough on a lightly floured surface and press it into a large rectangle (approx. 12x8 inches).
Spread a thin, even layer of marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges to prevent mess while rolling.
Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, beef pepperoni, and beef sausage over the sauce.
Dust the top with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Starting from the long edge, roll the dough up tightly into a log shape.
Using a sharp serrated knife or unscented dental floss, slice the log into 1-inch thick rounds.
Place the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them at least 1 inch apart.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with extra marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.
