Instructions
Drain the canned tuna thoroughly to remove excess liquid and ensure a firm texture.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the tuna with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and pickle brine. Flake the tuna with a fork and mix until creamy.
Fold in the finely chopped celery, minced onions, diced pickles, capers, and fresh dill for texture and acidity.
Season the tuna mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
Lightly toast the bread slices until golden brown.
Apply a thin layer of butter to one side of each toasted bread slice to create a moisture barrier.
