Ingredients

Wrap Base & Protein

  • 1 Low-carb or flour tortilla
  • 3 slices Roasted turkey breast sliced
  • 2 slices Bacon pork or turkey bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1 slice Cheese optional moisture barrier

Vegetables & Condiments

  • 1 leaf Romaine lettuce or spinach/arugula
  • 2 slices Tomato sliced
  • 0.25 Avocado sliced
  • 1 slice Red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dressing of choice Ranch or Honey Mustard

Instructions

  • Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy and set aside on a paper towel to drain.
  • Prepare the vegetables by slicing the tomatoes, red onions, and avocado, and washing the lettuce.
  • Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.
  • Place a layer of cheese or the sliced turkey directly against the tortilla to create a moisture barrier.
  • Spread mayonnaise or your dressing of choice over the meat/cheese layer.
  • Layer the crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato slices, avocado, and red onion in the center of the tortilla.
  • Carefully tuck in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom up to ensure the wrap stays together.
  • Slice diagonally and serve immediately or pack for a grab-and-go lunch.
