- 8 oz squid ink fusilli pasta

- 1 cup mini turkey pepperoni slices

- 1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1 cup bottled Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup prepared pesto
- 1 tbsp garlic
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mold mozzarella cheese into ghost shapes using silicone molds and soften in the oven for 8 minutes.
Boil squid ink fusilli pasta according to package directions.
Mix Italian dressing, pesto, and garlic in a bowl.
Combine cooked pasta, turkey pepperoni, zucchini, bell pepper, shallot, and Italian seasoning in the bowl with the dressing mixture.
Refrigerate the pasta mixture for at least an hour or overnight.
To serve, place the molded mozzarella ghosts on top of the chilled pasta mixture and garnish with fresh basil and parsley.
