Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender in the following order: almond milk, Greek yogurt, frozen berries, frozen banana, peanut butter, hemp seeds, cacao powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Blend the mixture on high speed for about 30-45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
  • Stop the blender and scrape down the sides with a spatula to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Blend the mixture again for another 10-15 seconds, or until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Pour the smoothie into a large glass and serve immediately.
