Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough

Sauce

  • 3 cups pizza sauce

Cheese

  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Toppings

  • 20 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut into 12 squares.
  • Place the dough squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 1 inch of space between each square.
  • Brush the tops of the dough squares with olive oil.
  • Bake the dough squares in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • Allow the crusts to cool completely.
  • Spoon about 1/4 cup of pizza sauce into a small container or compartment.
  • Add about 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese to another container or compartment.
  • Place 2-3 slices of turkey pepperoni in a separate container or compartment.
  • Assemble the homemade pizza lunchables by placing a cooled crust square, a container of sauce, a container of cheese, and a container of pepperoni into a bento box or multi-compartment container.
