1/2cupmilkalmond, oat, Fairlife, or 2%
1banana
1cupmixed frozen berriesstrawberries and blueberries
1/4cupfrozen riced cauliflower
1scoopvanilla protein powder
splash of milkfor re-spin if needed

Instructions
Blend the milk, Greek yogurt, banana, mixed berries, riced cauliflower, and protein powder in a blender until completely smooth.
Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze flat for 24 hours.
Remove the pint from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
Insert the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the Smoothie Bowl setting (or Lite Ice Cream on Deluxe models).
If the mixture appears crumbly after the first spin, add a splash of milk and use the Re-spin function until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a bowl, add desired toppings, and enjoy immediately.
