Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl Base

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk almond, oat, Fairlife, or 2%
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries strawberries and blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • splash of milk for re-spin if needed

Optional Toppings

  • granola
  • chia seeds
  • hemp hearts
  • nut butter

Instructions

  • Blend the milk, Greek yogurt, banana, mixed berries, riced cauliflower, and protein powder in a blender until completely smooth.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze flat for 24 hours.
  • Remove the pint from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  • Insert the pint into the Ninja Creami machine and select the Smoothie Bowl setting (or Lite Ice Cream on Deluxe models).
  • If the mixture appears crumbly after the first spin, add a splash of milk and use the Re-spin function until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer to a bowl, add desired toppings, and enjoy immediately.
