Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water non-alcoholic substitute for rum
  • 2 cups sparkling water or ginger ale non-alcoholic substitute for rum
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup guava juice
  • 1 cup passion fruit juice
  • 4 tablespoons liquid cane sugar syrup or simple syrup
  • 1 lime thinly sliced
  • 1 vanilla bean split lengthwise
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, guava juice, and passion fruit juice.
  • Add the coconut water and liquid cane sugar syrup to the fruit juices, stirring well until the syrup is completely dissolved.
  • Add the sliced lime, split vanilla bean, cinnamon sticks, and a pinch of ground nutmeg into the mixture.
  • Cover the pitcher tightly and let the punch macerate in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours to allow the spices and fruit flavors to fully blend.
  • Right before serving, gently stir in the sparkling water or ginger ale for a festive fizz, and serve chilled over ice.
