Dip Base 1.5 cups high-quality chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars 15 large marshmallows cut in half crosswise 1 tsp butter for greasing skillet For Dipping 1 box graham crackers 1 cup pretzels or fresh fruit optional
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Lightly grease your cast iron skillet with butter or non-stick spray.
Pour in high-quality chocolate chips or break up your favorite chocolate bars to completely cover the bottom of the skillet in an even layer.
Take large marshmallows and cut them in half. Arrange them tightly over the chocolate layer, sticky side down.
Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 5-7 minutes, watching closely until the marshmallows turn a gorgeous golden brown.
Remove carefully from the oven using heavy mitts. Dip immediately with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit!
