Ingredients

Dip Base

  • 1.5 cups high-quality chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bars
  • 15 large marshmallows cut in half crosswise
  • 1 tsp butter for greasing skillet

For Dipping

  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 cup pretzels or fresh fruit optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Lightly grease your cast iron skillet with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Pour in high-quality chocolate chips or break up your favorite chocolate bars to completely cover the bottom of the skillet in an even layer.
  • Take large marshmallows and cut them in half. Arrange them tightly over the chocolate layer, sticky side down.
  • Bake at 450°F (232°C) for 5-7 minutes, watching closely until the marshmallows turn a gorgeous golden brown.
  • Remove carefully from the oven using heavy mitts. Dip immediately with graham crackers, pretzels, or fresh fruit!
