Ingredients

  • 14 oz kielbasa sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1 red bell pepper cut in strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut in strips
  • 1 medium zucchini sliced into half-moons
  • 1 red onion cut in wedges
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 400 °F. Line sheet pan.
  • Toss sausage and veggies with oil and seasonings.
  • Spread on pan. Roast 25 min, stir once.
  • Check potatoes for tenderness, broil 2 min if you want extra char. Serve hot.
