Ingredients

  • 14 oz kielbasa sliced into ½-inch rounds
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes quartered
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper any color, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Microwave potatoes with water 4 min, drain.
  • Brown kielbasa in 1 Tbsp oil, remove.
  • Sauté veggies and potatoes with seasonings in remaining oil 6-8 min.
  • Return kielbasa, toss 2 min, then serve.
